We ask guests to notify us as early as possible if they need to change or cancel a reservation.
For groups larger than 6 people, cancellations may need additional confirmation.
2.3 No-show policy
Helios Resto reserves the right to release the table if guests do not arrive within 15 minutes of their reservation time, unless we receive prior notice.
3. Group Bookings and Events
Group bookings, private dining, or event arrangements may require a deposit.
Deposits are non refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Prices and Payment

All prices shown on our website or menu include VAT. Prices may change without notice.

For takeaway or delivery (if applicable):
• Once prepared, orders cannot be canceled
• Incorrect orders must be reported immediately upon pickup or delivery
• Refunds or replacements are handled at the manager’s discretion
